Delivery estimate

Show an estimated delivery date that respects your cut-off time and closed days.

The Shipping info block can show a line such as “Order within 3 hours to get it Mon, Nov 9 to Wed, Nov 11”, worked out from rules you set. It’s an estimate shown to shoppers; your real rates and delivery times are set in Settings > Shipping and delivery.

How the date is worked out

  1. Orders placed after the Order cut-off time count from the next working day.
  2. Days to prepare an order are added.
  3. The fastest and slowest delivery days are added to give a range.
  4. Weekends are skipped when No shipping or delivery at weekends is on, and so are any Closed dates you list, such as holidays.

Times use your store’s time zone, set in Settings > General.
