Set up B2B in your admin

1. Go to Customers > Companies and click Add company. Add a location with its shipping and billing address.
2. Add the buyer as a contact of the company, using the email they’ll sign in with.
3. Create a catalog for the company location, with a price list (for example 40% off retail) and the products it can buy.
4. Optional: on the catalog, set quantity rules (minimum, maximum and increment, such as a case of 6) and volume pricing (lower prices for larger quantities).
5. Make sure customer accounts are on in Settings > Customer accounts, so buyers can sign in.

When the buyer signs in, Tandem shows their prices and rules straight away.

Tip

A customer tag alone doesn’t make someone a wholesale customer in Tandem. They need to be a contact of a B2B company.
